Ecobrick Vs Burn bricks

NON BURN BRICK

-Mechanical hydraulic press

-Physical bond (density) + 20% waste material

-Must be kept moist and "cured" for 48 hours.

-Natural earth color (matches the local soil).

-Low carbon footprint; no wood/fuel burnt.

-Impact Resistance is lower. If you hit it with a hammer, it is more likely to crumble or "spall" because it is held together by pressure, not fusion.

-"Impact-Ready": Unlike low-quality ecobricks that break during delivery, these can handle rough handling on-site.

-Precision Edges: High-density compression ensures sharp, clean corners that won't crumble, giving you a smoother finish and saving you money on mortar.

-Weather Resistance: Our 2:1 compression ratio eliminates internal air pockets, creating a dense shield against Malaysia’s high humidity and heavy rains.

TRADITIONAL BURN BRICK

-Kiln-fired at 900°c to 1200°c

-Ceramic bond (vitrification of clay).

-Ready for use immediately after cooling.

-Orange to dark red (due to iron oxidation).

-High carbon footprint; high energy use.

-Impact Resistance is higher. It is brittle (will crack in the middle), but it resists surface denting and abrasion much better.
